The League will start on Oct 16, 2025 (U11) and Oct 23, 2025 (U9 & U13)
Venue : LOHAS Rink
Game Time :
- U11 19:15 or 20:15 or 21:15
- U9 19:15 or 20:00
- U13 21:00 or 22:00
- U9 and U13 will play on the same night.
- Full-ice games Divisions will play bi-weekly on Thursday nights.
Game Information Continue :
- No overage players allowed.
- Underage players will require approval from league.
- Proof of age will be required to collect player pass.
- Players MUST bring player pass to each game or they will not be allowed to play.

Game Format :
- 3 periods x 13 minutes (running time) with a 2-minute warmup at the start of each game. Stop time in final 2 minutes of game if the scores is within 2 goals.
- 5 minutes running time overtime (3 on 3) for playoff games and a 3- player shootout if needed.
- A 30 second intermission between periods.
- Each team has one 30 second timeout per game and can be taken any time.
- 5 on 5 (5 players and a goalie).
- Maximum 15 players and 2 goalies can be dressed.
- Minimum 1 coach, 5 players and 1 goalie to start a game; otherwise disqualify team will forfeit the game and will credit a loss. The score will be recorded as 1-0 and no player shall be credited with any personal statistics.
- NO LPPs -LPP goalie is the ONLY exemption, and MUST approved by league before game starts.
- Point system -3 points for a regulation win -1 point for a tie -0 point for a regulation loss.
- Tie breaking procedure:
- Most Points.
- Most Regulation Wins.
- Head-to-Head (applies to two-team ties, three-way ties skip to next criterion).
- Higher Goal Differential (GF – GA).
- Fewest Goals Against.
- Less penalty mintues.
Participant Code of Conduct :
- Any physical, verbal abuse of any racial slurs both on and off the ice will be disqualify from the league with no refund.
- Anyone found intimidating, threatening, or disturbing other players, parents, team officials or anyone else associated with the league will be asked to leave the rink and the authorities may be called.
- Anyone who negligently damages any property while at the rink or mall will be held responsible.
- Only coaches and the team manager can discuss matters with the league director.
- Only coaches are allowed on the bench, at no time should any parent or non team personnel should open or enter the bench during the game.
- The organizer reserves the right to reschedule any games if needed.
- Any other clarifications or disputes will be handled by the league director and league director will have the final decision in all matters.
Applicants must be Gold Club Elite Players or Players who play in our system.
